Mama K's Lentil & Kale

Ingredients
3.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw1.0 cup, chopped Kale1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 cup Imagine Organic Vegetable Broth2.0 cup Lentils3.0 serving Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can2.0 tsp Lea & Perkins worchestershire sauce1.0 tsp Cumin - ground (1 tsp)
Directions
Soak lentils.
Saute onions.
Add diced carrots.
Add cumin, salt, worchestershire sauce.
Add vegetable broth.
Add diced kale.
Add water.

Simmer for 15 minutes.

Drain lentils and add to pot. Add water to desired consistency. Cover pot with lid and simmer for 50 minutes until lentils are tender.
