Crock Pot Lentil Chili

Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped1 red bell pepper, chopped2 stalks celery, chopped1 med. carrot, peeled & chopped3 cloves garlic2 TB chili powder1 TB cumin, ground1 tsp ground mustard2 tsp oregano1 tsp thyme1/4 tsp cayenne pepper2 1/2 cups lentils8 cups water2 vegetable bouillon cubes
Directions
Put everything except olive oil & salt into a medium crock pot. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.

    It says to put everything in the crock pot but olive oil and salt, neither are listed as ingrediants?? Then it never tells you what to do with them? - 8/16/11
