1 clove Garlic 250 Mixed Vegetables, frozen 6 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 1 serving Beef oxo cube 500 gram(s) Beef mince Woolworths "Heart smart" 50 gram(s) Woolworths Select 100% Pure Australian Skim Milk 400 gram(s) Woolworths Homebrand Diced Tomatoes 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 600 gram(s) Raw Potato 100 grams Onions, raw
peel,dice and boil potato, brown mince and onion.
once meat browned add soy, worcestershire, garlic, oxo cube and tomatoes.
add mixed veg and simmer until soft.
Once potato cooked mash and add milk.
add mince mixture to casserole dish and place potato on top.
cook in moderate oven until brown on top.
serve how with vegetables of your choice (not included in recipe)
