1 tsp ground Cinnamon1 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener1 slice Whole wheat toast5 sprays of Spray butter
Directions
Toast your whole wheat bread in the toaster
Take out and spray the bread with the spray butter
Then sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar over butter.
Then eat and enjoy because its a low calorie snack!!!
