1 tbsp Oat Fiber 1 tbsp Coconut flour 2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Glucomannan powderDash Salt 2 tbsp Truvia 1/3 cup Egg Whites1 tbsp. Water1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Mix a ingredients together in a coffee mug and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes or until cooked through. Don't overcook or it will be dry. Eat alone or top with a low calorie pudding or frosting recipe. This is a Trim Healthy Mama Fuel Pull recipe.
