Hamburger Sausage Broccoli Alfredo - Low Carb

Ingredients
16 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained 16 oz Ground beef, lean 1 tsp Oregano, ground 4 oz Onion, sweet, raw 1 serving Garlic (fresh, raw, 1 clove) (by MYWALK4LIFE) 1.2 cup Broccoli raw (by WANNAB3) 8 oz Cream Cheese 4 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
Directions
Brown Hamburger, sausage, onion and garlic over medium heat. Season to taste with oregano, salt, and pepper. Drain fat.
Meanwhile steam broccoli until still a little crisp.
Place cream cheese in microwave and cook on high 45 seconds until soft. Whisk until creamy. Stir in cream and Parmesan cheese one at a time.
Combine hamburger mix, broccoli and cream in large greased casserole dish (2 1/2 qt. or larger). Taste and add additional salt and pepper. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake 350 degrees for about 35-45 minutes until bubbly around edges.
