8 serving Mini Sweet Bell Peppers (3 peppers to a svg) 2 cup Bean sprouts 1 cup, halves Pecans .5 cup, whole Almonds .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 cup, diced Celery, raw .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw .25 cup Parsley .25 cup, chopped Carrots, raw .25 cup, shredded Cabbage, fresh 3 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice .5 tsp Cumin seed
