Creamy Russet Mashed Potatoes

1755 gram(s) Potato - Plain Baked Russet Potato 2 clove Garlic 8 serving Lawry's season salt (.25 tsp) (by LLKOOLMOM5) 2 cup Safeway Kitchens Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
1) Cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes
2) Place potatoes into large pot and cover with water.
3) Turn the heat on to high, and bring the water to a boil. Reduce the heat to low to maintain a simmer, and cover. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until you can easily poke through them with a fork.
4) Add in remainder of ingredients and mash with potato masher or whip with a hand held mixer.
5) Add pepper to taste
