Crock Pot Pork Chops

Ingredients
32 oz Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, braised 3 cup Cream of Mushroom Soup (family size)3 cup Cream of Chicken Soup (family size)1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Season pork chops with a dash of salt and a dash of black pepper, brown on medium high heat, 2 minutes on each side, place in slow cooker, in a large bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup, pour over pork chops, cook on low for 6 hours.
