Crockpot Cherry Flan

Ingredients
5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar 0.5 tsp Salt 0.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 12 fl oz Milk, canned, evaporated 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1.5 cup, without pits Sweet Cherries
Directions
Coat crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Beat eggs, sugar and salt in large bowl with electric mixer at high speed until thick and pale yellow. Add flour, beat until smooth. Beat in evaporated milk and vanilla. Pour batter into slow cooker. Place cherries evenly over batter. Cover, cook on Low for 3.5-4 hours or until flan is set Serve warm with whipped cream.
