Penne Pasta Bake w/ Vodka Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef3 cups (1 jar) vodka sauce3 or so cups of penne pasta2 cups of mozzarella cheese on top
Directions
cook ground beef and drain fat. Mix in sauce and simmer for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook penne according to box directions; drain. In a casserole dish, put in pasta, then pour meat/sauce mix over top. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and beginning to brown just a bit.
