1 cup Spinach, fresh 1 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad) 1 wedge (1/4 of medium tomato) Red Ripe Tomatoes .25 cup, quartered or chopped Apples, fresh with skin 2 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted .5 oz Blue Cheese .5 oz Walnuts .5 serving Sunsweet, Dried Cranberries, 1.5 oz
Directions
Mix the ingredients and top with the dressing of your choice.
