Indian Chicken Curry

Ingredients
24 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 2 large Onions, raw 4 clove Garlic 1 tsp Ginger Root 2 tsp Cumin seed 3 tbsp Curry powder 1 tbsp ground Tumeric (by LESLIEB33) 1 tsp Pepper, black 7 serving TUTTOROSSO Diced Tomatoes (by CMEKIE) 1 serving Hunt's 100% Natural Crushed Tomatoes 28oz can (by WPURDIN) 1 1tsp Canola Oil
Directions
Saute chicken in 1 tsp oil, add diced onions and spices. This should turn into a thick, heavenly smelling paste. Once bubbling for a minute, add diced tomatoes (with juice) then crushed tomatoes. Simmer, uncovered and stirring frequently for 30 minutes (if longer, add a cover). Serve with basmati (or white) rice and enjoy!
