Ingredients
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 6 tbsp French Salad Dressing 50 gram(s) Courgette 2 lime yields Lime Juice 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 dash Salt 4 dash Pepper, black 2 serving avacardo per 100 gm of flesh
Directions
chop and add ingrediments season to taste, hold back on oil as much as possible and dressing, alterntives are green yoghert which is zero fat and can leave off avacardo if want a salsa type salad...then try chillie and jalepenos instead of french dressing and up the lime content...vertitile little number
