2 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 oz Mezzetta Roasted Red Pepper Strips (by AGGIEKBEAR03) Your favorite seasonings.
Drain and mix the garbanzo beans with olive oil and your favorite seasonings. Cook in either the microwave for 4 minutes on high, stir, then cook for 3 minutes on high - or - simmer on the stovetop for 15 minutes in olive oil, roasted red pepper juice, and seasonings.
Blend garbanzo beans in blender until smooth.
This meal can be enjoyed warm or let it cool in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
