16 oz Ground beef, lean 1.75 serving zuchini -1 large (by KDINATALI) 4 cup, chopped Summer squash 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 340 grams La Victoria Thick 'N Chunky Salsa, Mild
Directions
brown beef and onions together in dry pan with seasonings, add veg cook for a few minutes then add salsa, simmer for 2-3 minutes, serve with rice, or faux rice (chopped steamed cauliflower)
