2 cup Black Beans - canned - Kroger 2 cup Bush's Pinto Beans .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 6 tbsp Cilantro, raw .5 tsp Cumin powder 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 1tsp Canola Oil 4 cups Kitchen Basics Chicken Stock, Low Sodium
Sauté onions in sauce pan until translucent. Add garlic and cumin powders and sauté until the onions are coated with the spices.
Add chicken stock, black and pinto beans (undrained) to the onions. Simmer 20 minutes and then add fresh cilantro. Simmer another 5 minutes until cilantro is wilted.
