16 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 cup, diced Celery, raw 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 3 tbsp cumin powder (by JELLYSANDWICH) 1 tbsp Turmeric, ground 3 clove Garlic 1.5 cup goya low sodium chick peas 1/2 cup (122 gm ) 1 tbsp Chili powder 4 serving Herb-Ox Sodium Free Chicken Boullion (by ALANOFLINY) 2.5 tbsp Curry powder 2 tsp Pepper, black 0.2 tsp Salt Sense, Iodized Salt (by MEL4HIM)
start by making the broth with 16 to 20 cups of water then cut 1 cup carrots, 2 large onion's not peeled, 6 celery stalks and garlic not peeled, simmer for 2 hours, then drain. after that start with the homemade broth and add the list of ingredients, let simmer for a hour or so and add anyother spices you wish. enjoy.
