Chikn & spaghetti squash casserole

Ingredients
1.Spaghetti Squash, 2 cup2. Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), .5 cup3. Morningstar Farms Chicken Strips meal starter, 1 serving, 12 average pieces, 2.5 serving 4. Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz 5. Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup6. Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup7. Ricotta cheese, .25 cup8. Egg white, .25 cup
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray
2. Place cooked spaghetti squash on the bottom of the dish
3. Combine egg whites and ricotta. Spread on top of squash
4. Heat tomato paste, sauce, and chikn on a skillet. Season as desired. Spread on top of ricotta.
5. Top with mozzarella and parmasean cheese
6. Cook at 350 for about an hour.
