Ingredients
1.5 lb. Ground beef, leanTomato Paste, small canCream of Mushroom soup, small can2 c. Saltine crackers, crushed1 egg1 c. diced onionSeasonings: salt, pepper, garlic, basil, oregano
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with hands, until completely mixed. Add more or less crackers until right consistency. Pour into 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before cutting/serving. Makes 12, 3-in pieces.
