1 cup Butter, unsalted 2 cup Flour, white 1 cup, packed Brown Sugar 96 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener 2 large Egg white, fresh 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 tsp Ginger, ground 1 tsp Baking Soda 3 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)
Preheat to 375F, and mix creamed butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla into the flour. Then mix in the oatmeal. Drop a nice sized soup spoon dough into your pan or sheet. I don't bother with greasing my old cast iron. Makes about 6 pans of seven cookies.
