Ingredients
1.0 cup Granulated Sugar0.5 cup Flour, white4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup, shredded Coconut, raw0.25 tsp Salt0.5 tsp Baking Soda1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract2.0 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)0.25 cup Butter, salted
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend thoroughly. Pour into a 10" pie plate that has been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. A crust will form on the bottom, pie filling in the center and a coconut topping above. Sprinkle with nutmeg if you'd like.
