2.0 cup Oats, Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats (1/4 cup dry) 8 tbsp Flax Seed, Cold Milled Golden Flax Seed by Flax USA 8 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds 3 tbsp Brown Rice Syrup (by ROSEYAB) 1 serving Trader Joe's Dried Fruit Just Mango Slices, unsulfered & unsweetened - 4 pieces/1 serving 4 tbsp Chia Seeds Nature's Earthly Choice 1.5 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry 6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Dissolve the rice syrup into the warm water, Put all ingredients into rice or pressure cooker on grain or rice setting, then put into storage container and store in fridge. Warm up individual serving in the microwave all week long.
