1 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat 0.25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.50 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour .5 cup, mashed Pumpkin, cooked .25 cup Flour, King Arthur Unbleached White Whole Wheat (by GYPSYPITCREW)
Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. Fry on griddle about 1/4 cup at a time.
