BBQ Veggie Kabobs

2 cup mushroom, cremini (by GLAUCKENSTUCK) 15 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 1 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 cup, sliced Zucchini 2 cup Squash - Yellow and Zucchini 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 clove Garlic 1 lemon yields Lemon Juice .5 tsp Oregano, ground .5 tsp Basil
•In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano and basil; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
•Thread mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers, onion and zucchini onto skewers. Place skewers onto a baking sheet. Brush olive oil mixture onto the skewers and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
Then grill on medium high heat for 5-6 minutes per side.
