Orange Almond Cake

Ingredients
2 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges 250 gram(s) Ground almond (by LITTLEMISS-MUM) 200 gram(s) Pure Xylitol (by MATTHEWLLOYDUK) 1 tsp Baking Powder 6 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Cover oranges with water and boil for at least an hour, up to two hours. Check water and top-up when needed.
Process oranges then add ground almonds, xylitol - or sugar if prefer, then baking powder. Process till mixed. Beat egg with beaters until pale and fluffy. Gently fold in Almond mixture. Pour into greased cake tin and bake for 1 hour at 170c
