spanish coleslaw

Ingredients
7 inch head of cabbage1 tsp fresh black pepper1 tsp salt1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup vinegar (could be white or balsamic)
Directions
chop cabbage.
add olive oil, salt, pepper and vinegar and whisk. add wet ingredients to slaw. cover and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
