Crock Pot Pepper Steak

Ingredients
Beef, round steak, 1 lb Green Peppers (bell peppers), 4 cup, strips Beef bouillon granules, low sodium, dry, 1 teaspoon House of Tsang Less Sodium Soy Sauce, 1/4 cupGarlic powder, .5 tsp ground ginger .5 tsp
Directions
Cut steak into serving portions. Place half the steak in crock pot. Arrange green peppers on steak. Place remaining steak on top. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
