Ingredients
40 oz Ground beef, lean 2.5 cup rice, uncle bens natural whole grain brown rice 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 12 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 5 clove Garlic
Directions
Cook rice and set aside. Saute garlic, onions, and bell peppers together until softened. Add hamburger and cook until done. Stir in rice.
