0.25 cup Nishiki Premium Grade White Rice 8 oz Wholey Swai Fillets 5 serving Green Onion, Raw (1 stalk/onion) (by MIMODOK) 1 cup slices (1" dia) Ginger Root 1 dash Pepper, black 1 dash Salt 0.25 tbsp Dynasty Sesame Seed Oil
Put 1/4 cup rice with 4 cups of water, when water boils turn the flame to low and cook for 30 minutes covered. Watch and keep stirring the rice every now and then.
Meanwhile slice fish and the ginger roots. Also chopped up the green onions.
After cooking rice for 40 minutes, add in the fish stir for a couple of minutes. Then add in the ginger and green onions and stir for another couple of minutes.
Dish it out in a bowl and sprinkle dash of black pepper and salt. Pour in the 1/4 tbsp sesame oil.
