1.0 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites2.0 serving LeanFit Natural Vanilla Whey Protein Shake (1 scoop / 31 g)0.5 cup Oats, Quaker
Directions
Mix egg whites 1 min. Pulse oats in blender. Pour oats and protein in with egg whites. Mix together. Pour into iron.
