1 cup Butter, unsalted 1 cup Granulated Sugar 1 cup, packed Brown Sugar 2 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 2.5 cup Flour, white 12 tbsp Baking - Hershey's Cocoa, unsweetened (by IMGOOGOO) 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 cup, chopped Pecans 368 gram(s) CANDY~ ROLLOS~ 42 g/ 7 PIECES = 1SERV. 3 tsp Granulated Sugar
1. Mix all ingredients together EXCEPT last THREE!!!
2.Shape dough AROUND UNWRAPPED ROLO CANDY.
3.ROLL the cookie DOUGH in the last TWO INGREDIENTS IN A SMALL BOWL.
3.BAKE @ 375 degrees Farenheit in oven for 7-10 min. IMPORTANT: YOU NEED TO WATCH THEM CAREFULLY as you can overdo and the caramel RUNS OUT of the cookie!
4.Cool on cookie sheet for at least 1-2 minutes BEFORE removing to wired rack or cookie WILL CRUMBLE!
5.Take CAUTION~cookie WILL BE HOT INSIDE! LET COOL before eating!
6.Get the a GLASS of COLD MILK as you will need it to wash down this enjoyable ,rich, and CHEWY cookie!
