Ingredients
1 dash Salt 0.25 tsp Granulated Sugar 2 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g 1 cup Flour, white 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 0.75 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
Directions
Melt butter in crepe pan. While melting, in a large bowl, whisk salt, sugar, eggs, flour, and a dash of milk. Beat into a paste without lumps. Slowly, incorporate milk, a bit at a time, until very thin in consistency. You can add more milk for a thinner batter.
