2 boneless pork loin chops (4 oz. each)1 - 2 cloves garlic, minced1 tbsp Soy sauce (Tamari) 2 tbsp HoneyPinch of red pepper flakesPinch of onion flakesPinch of pepper
Mix sauce together and add chops, turning until covered. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until tender. Can marinate chops in sauce for several hours or overnight if you want.
