Ingredients
1.0 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground2.0 tsp Coriander seed2.0 tsp Cumin seed2.0 tsp Paprika0.5 tsp Pepper, black0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne1.0 tsp Turmeric, ground0.5 tsp Salt10.0 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh1.0 fl oz Lemon Juice4.0 clove Garlic6.0 tsp Ginger Root1.0 large Onions, raw2.0 can, 15 oz (303 x 406) Tomato products, canned, sauce, spanish style1.0 tbsp Garam Masala2.0 tbsp Argo Cornstarch6.0 tsp Dark Brown Sugar, Pure Cane Sugar
Directions
Dice onion and chicken. Add all ingredients except cream, cornstarch and lemon to cooker and set on low for 5 hours. Combine cream and cornstarch in a bowl and slowly temper with sauce from the pot. When cream mixture is warm, pour into crockpot and let sit for 20 mins to thicken. Stir lemon juice in. Serve warm. Serving Size: 10 Servings
