Ingredients
3 cups spring mix salad greens1/2 cup cashewscut up pre-cooked & cooled chicken breastlow cal honey mustard salad dressingchopped onionany other beggies you like added: carrots, celery, water chestnuts, peppers, etc.
Directions
Put greens & veggies in 2 bowls. Put cashews & chicken breast on top. Dip your fork in the dressing & spear a mouthful of salad. This helps to cut down on dressing calories!
