16 oz Beef, top sirloin 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips 1 large Onions, raw 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 2 tbsp Cumin - Ground, McCormick (1 tbsp) (by MIKEGINA) 1 tbsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Onion powder 2 tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp Salt 3 tbsp Cilantro, dried 1 lime yields Lime Juice .3 cup Flour, white 2 tbsp Hellmann's Mayonaise 6 serving Whole Wheat Tortilla, medium (45g)
Toss Cumin, Garlic, Onion Chili Powders, salt and flour into a large baggie. Trim and slice 1 lb sirloin steak into 1-3 inch strips. Roll and smear mayo over steak. Drop steaks into mixture. Slice 3 medium sized bell peppers, tomatoes and onion into strips. Heat a large nonstick skillet over med high, add peppers and onions, add lime juice. Stir fry 2-3 min. Add Sirloin strips, stir fry 3-4 additional min. or until cooked.
