Chicken Caeser Salad

for one serving:1 chicken breast [about 4 ounces]Dole's light ceaser salad mix [you can usually get it in your local grocery store]saltpeppergarlic
preheat oven to 350 degrees.
remove any excess fat from chicken breast, tenderize with fork, and season with garlic, a pinch of salt, and pepper.
bake for about 25 minutes or until center temperature is 180 degrees and there is no pink.
when chicken is done, remove from oven and cut into chunks or strips. top salad with chicken and dressing and enjoy a quick and easy low calorie meal.
