16 oz Venison Burger (by YOGAKARMAGRACE) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 145 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1.5 cup rotel original diced tomatoe & green chilies (by LISABRANDNEW11) 6 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium) 3 cup Spinach, fresh 2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
In a large pan, brown meat, drain. Add onions and peppers and cook until browned. Add canned tomatoes, taco seasoning and any water needed to evenly coat mixture. Add greens and let fully wilt. Mix well. Cover with shredded cheese and let cheese melt. When cheese is melted, serve over a bed of lettuce, rice or in a taco or burrito. Garnish with green onions.
