1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries½ cup frozen strawberries½ banana, frozen½ cup (packed) baby spinach1/3 cup silken tofu (about 1/5 of 16 ounce block)¼ cup raw walnuts1 teaspoon hemp seeds1-2 Medjool dates (pitted), depending on desired level of sweetness1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Directions
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Divide into glasses; garnish if desired.
