Coffee Chia

Ingredients
1.5 tsp packed Brown Sugar5.0 oz Coffee, espresso2.0 tbsp Chia Seed
Directions
Brew coffee (I used a stovetop percolator, but use whatever method works for you) Place Chia seeds, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a container and pour the coffee over the top Stir until combined Put in the fridge overnight Enjoy in the morning Serving Size: can be one, or multiple servings, depending on how much you want. I portioned mine into 4, but I could easily eat it all at once.
