Vegan black bean burgers

Ingredients
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 1tsp Olive Oil 2 clove Garlic .5 tsp Salt 3 cup Bob's Red Mill TVP 2 tsp Annie's Naturals Organic Vegan Worcestershire Sauce (by EVILGODDESS) 1.5 cup Black Beans - canned - Kroger 170 grams Vital wheat gluten 2 serving Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning (1Tbsp/5g) .5 tsp Chipolte Powder (by BEVT99) .5 tsp paprika, smoked (by PFLEEG) .5 tsp Cumin - ground (1 tsp) (by INFORM555)
Directions
saute onion in olive oil till translucent, add garlic. saute till edges of onions are browned.

in a bowl add TVP and pour hot water from the sink and cover, let sit for 5-10 minutes. when they're soft drain and squeeze as much water out as you can. Then drizzle worchesershire sauce, and nutritional yeast.

When the edges of the onion are browned put into food processor with black beans. Pulse until they become like a dough. When combined pour into the TVP mix with everything EXCEPT vital wheat gluten.

when all the ingredients are mixed add vital wheat gluten and combine. put in the fridge and let set for 5-10 minutes. Then form into patties.

you can either bake them on a greased sheet for 15 minutes a side at 425 degrees. or skillet sear till each side is browned.
