Ingredients
1.33 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 tsp Ginger, ground 1.33 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 1 cup, sliced Banana, fresh 1 cup, sliced Strawberries, fresh 2 cup Milk, 1%
Directions
Mix all together, cover, and refrigerate overnight. In the morning eat cold or hot. I prefer cold in the summer.
