.5 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat 2 tsp Garlic 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Celery seed 2 tbsp Parsley 1 tbsp Cilantro, raw 0.25 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel) 2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 1 oz President Fat Free Crumbled Feta
Directions
