1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 0.5 cup Onion - Raw, chopped (by RKAVR8) 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 1 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp. 2 tsp McCormick Meat Loaf seasoning Mix (by RTUCKER7) 1 serving Ground Beef 80/20 Piggly Wiggly (4oz= 1 serv)
In large bowl measure all ingredients and mix well. Shape into 4 (8oz serv) or 8 (4 oz serv) mini meat loafs and place on baking sheet. Bake in 400 degree oven for 15 min. Then reduce heat to 350 and finish baking until done. Nutrional information is for 4 oz serv.
