Corny Corn Bread

Ingredients
4 c cornmeal2 c whole wheat flour2 tbsp ground flax seed 1/4 c apple sauce1/4 c maple syrup2 eggs1/4 c olive oil1/2 c. low fat buttermilk1 c milk1 lb frozen petite sweet corn
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Add and mix in all other ingredients. Mix well. Add more milk if needed to make it the right consistancy. Turn into glass 9x13 greased baking dish. Bake at 350* for 30 -40 mins.
