Easy Salads-Seven Layer Salad (257 cal)

Ingredients
1 (10-ounce) bag iceberg lettuce1/2 cup green onions, chopped1/2 cup celery, diced1 small can peas, drained3/4 cup mayonnaise1/3 cup sugar1/2 cup cheddar or provolone cheese, shredded8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled into pieces
Directions
Layer lettuce, green onions, celery, and peas in a tall glass bowl or 10x13 inch baking dish. Mix together mayonnaise and sugar. Pour over top of salad. Top with bacon and cheese.

This can be prepared and refrigerated 8-12 hours before serving.
