Banana bread with sour cream

Ingredients
1.5 cups flour2 large eggs.25 cup reduced fat sour cream.25 vegetable oil1 cup granulated sugar1 tsp baking soda.5 tsp salt1 cup mashed bananas.5 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, sour cream, oil, vanilla & bananas. Mix well. Grease only the bottom of a loaf pan. Pour in loaf pan and bake for 60 -65 minutes. Makes approx 12 servings.
