Simple tomato chicken curry

Ingredients
500 grams Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 cup, sliced Zucchini 2.5 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 6 clove Garlic 1.5 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) 5 tbsp Curry powder 1 tsp Salt 5 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 3 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Add chopped onion and chicken to hot oil and saute until lightly golden, add garlic and curry and cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except zucchini and cook, on medium for 30 minutes. Add zucchini and continue to cook until soft.

Serve with rice.
