Spinach Salad with hot bacon dressing

Ingredients
6 cup Spinach, fresh 3 serving Eggs - Hard Boiled Whites - 1 Large Egg 1 cup, packed Raisins, golden seedless 12 slices of bacon1/4 c Balsamic Vinegar 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar 1/4 c Bacon grease
Directions
Hard boil 3 eggs for 11 minutes and crumble Cook bacon till crispy save ¼ c of the drippings Remove bacon from pan Put drippings balsamic and sugar in skillet till boiling then remove Add eggs raisins and spinach to bowl and pour warm dressing over it and enjoy
